Bistro Allpress has officially opened, with a fantastic first couple of weeks and glowing guest feedback. Surrounded by native bush and olive trees, our new Bistro, Tasting Room and Events spaces offer one of Waiheke Island’s most exciting new hospitality experiences.

We’re now looking for a Bistro Operations Manager to help lead this next phase — someone motivated, guest-focused and ready to guide a great team through an exciting summer ahead. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations at Bistro Allpress, ensuring our guest experience remains warm, consistent and memorable. You’ll support the FOH team, work closely with the kitchen, and help build strong systems as we grow.

We’ve had a strong start and have an exciting summer ahead. You’ll be joining a brand-new venue at the perfect moment — early enough to help shape it, supported enough to succeed. As part of Allpress Olive Groves, you’ll have the backing of an established, values-led business, plus the benefits of a daytime-only operation.
