My husband and friends stayed at this property in October 2023. We loved everything about our stay. The home was beautiful and it felt like it was ours to enjoy the entire weekend. Beautiful furnishing made you feel at home but that you were receiving a very luxury experience. We loved all the Real World products available;label throughout the home. The location of Matiatia House was excellent. Close to the ferry terminal, close to Oneroa. We can't wait until we visit again. Thank you very much for such a memorable stay.

This is a great spot for relaxing with family or coming together with friends. Set amongst the olive grove's we felt like we were on our own island with complete privacy and the most stunning views of the harbour. The continuity of a beautifully designed property inside and out made it perfect for us to entertain but also allowed us the space to go for a quiet walk through the garden's. The kitchen was designed beautifully with everything we needed plus more, with enough space for us to gather in and the chef to still work his magic. It wasn't great weather whilst we were there but we enjoyed the easy flow and sheltered outdoor space whilst it wasn't raining and the main indoor dining area with expansive harbour views when it got a bit colder. The home and surrounds were extremely well maintained and offered a gorgeous vegetable garden and the most divine smelling soaps and lotions that lingered throughout the home. This property offered all the latest technology whilst still allowing a homely feeling. After exhausting all the amazing local eateries and boutique stores only minutes away The Millhouse offered a sanctuary that we really looked forward to returning back to each time.

The Matiatia Millhouse is absolutely stunning! The perfect place for a relaxing long weekend away. The spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and incredible chef's kitchen with adjacent herb garden made this home an absolute joy to cook and entertain in. The large picture windows in the living and dining areas provide stunning views that looks out over the water and olive groves. The bedrooms are spacious and plush as are the bathrooms.
The home is down a long driveway making it extremely private and secluded. Walking distance to Cable Bay & Mudbrick vineyards, this home is the perfect location.
